Once your claim has been confirmed, the payout will be transferred directly to your provided bank account within a few weeks. With the standard BASIC plan, the payout can take 3–12 months depending on the airline and the progress of the process.
The instant payout is available through the EXPRESS plan, which has a higher commission than the BASIC plan (25%). The additional cost compared to the standard plan is the price for significantly faster payment. No success = no fee. The exact commission will be shown transparently before you enter into the agreement.
You are entitled to compensation if your flight arrived at the destination at least 3 hours late, was cancelled, you were denied boarding due to overbooking, or you missed your connecting flight due to a delay – and EU law applies (departure from the EU or an EU airline).
