Generally, when your flight arrives at its destination with a delay of at least 3 hours, if the flight was cancelled, or if you were denied boarding despite having a valid ticket. The flight distance determines the amount: up to 1,500 km = €250, up to 3,500 km = €400, beyond that = €600 per person. Check your case for free in 2 minutes.

"Only if we are successful do we charge 25% of the claimed amount (gross, including VAT). For a €600 compensation, you receive €450 – our fee is €150. VAT is always already included, no additional charges.
