SINGLE FLIGHT OR ANNUAL PROTECTION?
Both options include the same benefits. The only difference is whether you want to protect
a single flight or all your flights for an entire year.
With ten flights a year, individual protection would cost €54.90 – with Annual Protection, you still pay just €14.90. That's a difference of €40.00 for exactly the same level of protection.
NO HASSLE
Once your flight details have been added, we automatically monitor your flight. If it is delayed, cancelled or affected by another disruption, we check whether you are entitled to compensation and proactively let you know. You don't have to keep track of deadlines or deal with the airline yourself.
THE DIFFERENCE
If you submit a claim only after a flight disruption has occurred, you usually pay a success fee. PF Gold works differently: because you purchased your protection in advance, we don't deduct anything. You receive the full amount of compensation we recover for you.

The benefits are identical. Individual Protection covers a single flight and costs €5.49. Annual Protection costs €14.90 and covers all your flights over the next 12 months. From your third flight of the year onwards, Annual Protection is the more affordable option.

Your protection is active immediately after purchase. The only requirement is that you purchase it before you fly. PF Gold cannot cover a flight that has already been delayed or cancelled.
