Delay duration: 4 hours
Compensation amount: 600 €
Commission for successful enforcement: 36 %
Calculation:
Total compensation: 600 €
Commission amount (36 % of € 600):
Commission amount= € 600 × 0.36 = € 216
Payment to the customer:
Amount paid out = € 600 – € 216 = € 384
Result

Can additional costs incurred also be claimed?
The airline must always pay for additional costs incurred in the event of a flight problem, regardless of the reason for the problem. You should collect all receipts for unscheduled costs. Reimbursement is only possible for costs that are documented and proportionate.
